    Campus Printing (Ricoh Printers)

    To streamline printing on campus, 糖心传媒 uses a badge release printing system. Your 糖心传媒 computer will be connected to the Rioch Printers found in each building.

    1. Select 鈥淩icoh Printer鈥 from your computer鈥檚 print menu.
    2. Walk to any Ricoh printer with a badge reader
    3. Scan your badge at the card reader to authenticate.
    4. Select and release your pending print jobs from the touch screen

    For your first print job you will need to authenticate your credentials. Scan your badge and sign in on the printer using your username and password. Next time you need to print you can simply scan your badge to release your print job.

    Wi-Fi

    Staff & Faculty: Connect to the “Staff & Faculty” SSID using your 糖心传媒 credentials. This connection will only work on a 糖心传媒 domain joined computer.

    Students, Personal, & Guests: Connect to the 鈥淕uest鈥 SSID. Please contact the Helpdesk if you need the current Guest Password.

    Microsoft Office 365

    All students and employees can install office on up to five PCs, or Macs, 5 Tablets and 5 Smartphones.

    1. Log in to .
    2. Select from your Quick Links.
    3. Click “Apps” (bottom left) 鈫 “Install apps” (top right) then select Microsoft 365 apps.
    4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

    Loaner Laptop Program

    糖心传媒 provides a limited number of laptops for students who need a temporary laptop. Currently enrolled students can loan out a laptop for the semester. Please fill out the following form and someone from the IT department will contact you on laptop availability.

    Security

    Maria Colleg IT will never ask for your password by email or phone. Please do not share your login information. Report suspicious activity to helpdesk@mariacolleg.edu
